Although there are many editions of fables labeled "Romulus" in the Middle Ages, Hervieux's edition labels this the Romulus vulgaris, and it represents a main line of manuscript transmission which you can see clearly reflected in the opening four books of the first printed edition of Aesop in Europe by Steinhowel. There are some other very good editions of the Romulus tradition besides the one by Hervieux; here are the Google books in my library labeled Romulus.
